Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what information Mitra Global LLC (“Mitra Global,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect what you choose to send us: your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, and the details of your question or request. If you ask for help with a specific service, we may also ask for documents such as a passport scan or photographs. We will request these only when they are needed for that service.
Our website also records basic technical data, such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, through tools like Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, deliver the service you requested, improve our website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only when necessary: with service providers who host our site or process payments, with professionals you ask us to refer you to (such as a licensed attorney), or when the law requires it. We will tell you before we pass your details to a referral partner.
Sensitive documents
Passport scans, photographs, and similar documents are used only for the purpose you gave them. We store them with restricted access and delete them once the service is complete, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Telegram DV Lottery bot
If you use our Telegram DV Lottery bot (@MitraGlobalDVLottery_Bot), it asks for the details needed to prepare a diversity visa entry: your name, date of birth, place of birth, gender, mailing address, phone number, email, education, marital status, details of your spouse and children, passport details, and photos or images you choose to send (your entry photo and the biographic and signature pages of your passport).
We use this information only to prepare your entry information and to help you. We do not sell it. The bot is not the official government website, and you must submit your entry yourself at the official U.S. Department of State site.
Your answers are stored on our server for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically. When you confirm your information, a copy is sent to our team in a private Telegram chat. Regular Telegram chats are not end-to-end encrypted, so please send only what you are comfortable sharing. Telegram handles messages under its own privacy policy.
To delete your information, send /delete to the bot at any time. This removes what is stored in the bot. To also delete the copy our team received, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Our services are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
